What actually happens on the night
Most corporate nights aren't one thing for four hours. We usually start with something hosted while people arrive and nobody wants to dance yet, then move on to music once everyone's warmed up. We'll work out the details with you.

Available formats
Hosted from the stage on our own quiz software, with the questions and scores up on screen. We write the rounds to suit your team, and we can do one about the people in the room.
Bingo, but the numbers are songs. It gets people who don't know each other talking, so it's a good one for team nights.
We get the shy ones up singing as well as the usual few, and it can run alongside the DJ if you want both.
We bring full sound and the full lightshow, moving heads, lasers and neon, loud enough to fill a function room without distorting, and choose the songs as we go to suit whoever's dancing. For a bigger room, the Megashow doubles the lights and the sound.
Hybrid and online
If half the team is in the office and half at home, we run the quiz in the room and online at the same time, and talk to the people on screen directly so they don't drift off. We've run one at Takeda HQ.
New teams and remote teams
The hardest room to run is one where nobody knows each other — a company that hired thirty people remotely, two teams that merged in the spring, an office where half of them come in on different days. Put everyone in a room with a drink and people find the two colleagues they already know and stay there.
So we give them something to do, in teams they didn't pick. Music bingo has a room of strangers shouting at each other inside ten minutes; a quiz needs six people to agree on an answer, which is a conversation whether they wanted one or not. It's a team building quiz, and the quickest way we know to get past the awkward first hour.
The version that works best is a quiz about the team itself. Send us what you know about your people (who's run a marathon, whose desk that is, which of these three is the finance director aged six) and we'll build rounds out of it. Everyone learns something about the people they work with, and nobody has to stand up and introduce themselves.
The screens are ours too. Send us photos from the year, like the last away day or the MD in a hard hat, and we'll put them up on the big screen while the answers are marked. It costs nothing extra.
