The office party, taken off your desk
Nobody's job description says “organise the Christmas party”. It lands on someone's desk anyway. Ours is the desk it should land on.
Christmas parties, summer socials and awards nights across London, Surrey, Kent and Essex. A DJ, a hosted quiz, music bingo, karaoke — or an evening that moves between them.
Twenty years of reading rooms — which is the difference between an evening people stay at and one where half of them drift off after the speeches.
Contact usWhat this department does
The one everyone remembers or complains about. Booked from July onwards for December.
Garden parties, terraces and rooftops, where the music has to work outdoors.
Hosted from the stage, run to a schedule, and handed back on time.
The evening after the day of workshops, when everybody has had enough of breakout rooms.
Half the team has never met the other half. An evening in teams with strangers does more for that in two hours than six months of video calls.
Rooms this department has worked
Some booked with us directly, some through event agencies — either way, that was us in the room.
The bits that make it easy to sign off
Fun on the night, serious on paper. The party is the part we make memorable. Everything below is the part we make boring, deliberately.
A proper invoice with a PO number on it if you need one, and 30-day terms as standard. Nothing is payable up front.
Public liability cover and tested equipment, with the paperwork sent straight to whichever venue you've booked — they nearly always ask for it, and it is one less thing coming back to you.
The person who answers your first email is the person who runs the night. No account manager in between, and nobody you have never spoken to turning up on the day.
Speeches at eight and awards at nine means speeches at eight and awards at nine. The night is handed back on time.
Raise it with us
The date, the venue and roughly how many people is enough to go on. If you have not settled on a venue yet, say so — that is a conversation worth having early, because the room decides more about an evening than anything else does.
