Booking terms
The short version: there's nothing to pay up front, the invoice comes with the confirmation and is due within 7 days after the event, and if you need to cancel, the earlier you tell us, the less you owe.
Confirming your date
Once we've agreed the date and the price, Mark confirms it and your invoice comes with the confirmation. You also get your own booking page, with the invoice on it and a link to pass on to your venue for our paperwork.
Paying
- Pay it straight away, or any time up to 7 days after the event.
- By bank transfer: the details are on the invoice. Please quote the booking reference.
- If your finance team needs a PO number on the invoice, tell us and it goes on.
- We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT on it.
Cancelling
- Cancel more than 28 days before the event and the invoice is cancelled, with nothing to pay.
- Between 7 and 28 days, there's a £100 cancellation fee instead of the invoice.
- Inside 7 days the invoice stands, as it's too late to fill the date.
- If we ever have to cancel on you, the invoice is cancelled. No exceptions.
- Moving the date is free at any notice, as long as we're free on the new one.
The reason for the fee close to the date is that we'll have turned other work away for it, and there isn't time to fill it again.
Insurance and safety
£5m public liability cover and PAT tested kit. The insurance certificate comes with your booking, ready to pass on to the venue.
